*Vinyasa is Sanskrit for “flow” and describes a type of movement in yoga. Pairing movement and breath contributes to a flow and is often found in many yoga classes. The speed and depth of flow is dependent on the type of class.

Workshops:
The First Step: I was a person who thought I was mastering my own healing until I learned that I wasn't. I read all the books, attended every therapy session, why are my wheels spinning endlessly? Because I missed the first step. The self-love and body acceptance movement has it wrong. We can't learn to love and accept ourselves until we learn to have compassion for ourselves. Join me on xxx at xxx for "The First Step"... a workshop about HOW to find and accept the compassion you deserve. Once you decide that yes, you deserve the same compassion that you would give to literally anyone else, that is when the healing game will start for you. That is when it will change
Body reimagined: Yoga is so much more than simply a physical activity. Melissa presents a dive into yogic philosophy which will level up your practice, as well as your relationship with your mind, body, and soul. Participants will learn how to taking their yoga practice off the mat will transform their life. Workshop includes discussion, journal prompts, reference material, sixty minute asana practice, extended savasana and a guided meditation.
