For two decades, I served humanity as a first responder; witnessing people in their most vulnerable, raw, and human moments. Those years shaped me and taught me how to hold space for pain, how to truly listen, and how to connect with others from a place of empathy and understanding.
My insight doesn’t just come from what I’ve seen and heard. I know what it’s like to carry deep grief, to navigate the shadows of complex PTSD, to struggle with an eating disorder, and to face burnout head-on. These experiences became my turning points, guiding me toward healing and purpose.
From this, Silver Lining Healing was born. It’s the heart-work of everything I’ve learned—personally and professionally. Today, I show up as a body healing and trauma recovery advocate, a spiritual mentor, and a compassionate yoga educator. I’m here to walk beside you, to help you feel seen, supported, and empowered—because I believe healing is possible, and that even in the darkest moments, there’s a silver lining waiting to be found
