Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra is a guided mediation that has been improving lives for hundreds of years. Yoga Nidra translated means ‘yogic sleep’ and brings students to the place where asleep and awake unite. Students are guided to shift awareness from their space to their body to their breath. All while cultivating a deep sense of peace, tranquility and calm.

I offer yoga Nidra for free on Sundays, 8:00 pm EST on zoom.
