Recipe: Pesto Chicken Bake

Pesto Chicken Bake : Dinner in about a ½ hour, give or take, 4 ingredients, EASY!!!!!

Ingredients:

-1/2 -full jar of Costco basil pesto

-bag, box, pound of pasta

-a cookie sheet length of Kirkland chicken

-mozz cheese

-s, p, oil

 

 

-5-7 min to boil large pot of salted water

-1-2 minutes to prep frozen chicken onto tray and pour pasta into water, stir

-Chicken at 400 for 10 minutes

-Take chicken out of the oven, pasta will be done or just about done

-Drain (I rinse if I’m using brown rice pasta)

-In the empty pot from the pasta, heap a good size portion into the pan

-Drained pasta goes into the pot

-Chop the hot chicken – in any way that you feel necessary

-Chicken to the pot, remainder of the pesto sauce

-Oil a 13x9 pan – I don’t waste money on spray oil, I use a little bit of what I have (very little issue)

-Dump from one pan into the other

-Top with shredded mozzarella

-Bake in the 400 degree oven for 10 minutes, until cheese is done enough for you
